Where is White Willow Events located?

We are based in Manly, which is south east of Brisbane.

How do I book a party hire package?

Please complete the booking details form on our webpage. You will be contacted via email by one of the White Willow Events team. A $50 deposit will be required to secure your party hire booking.

Is a host/entertainer provided as part of the hire package?

Although we don’t provide a host we can recommend an entertainer to complete your theme.

Is food provided as part of the hire package?

We will endeavour to meet your needs by recommending some local suppliers. Please contact the White Willow Events team for more information.

Do you set up the party for me?

While we endevour to make DYI party set up as breezy as possible, we appreciate that the time poor parent/partygoer may require some extra help. Please contact our team for further information for styling your special party.

How much notice do I need to give to reserve my party hire package?

When booking your party, the earlier you reserve your items the better chance you have of avoiding disappointment of missing out on your boutique party items. Please note a $50 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your hire party booking.

Is delivery included or do we have to collect our hire package?

Yes, we are able to deliver to the Brisbane and Greater Brisbane Area, please contact us for a quote. Alternatively you can collect your hire package from our base in Manly, Brisbane, Queensland.

When would I collect and pick–up my hire package?

For weekend hire, collections are on Friday and returned on the following Monday. For weekday bookings please contact us for further information.

How do I pay for the party hire package?

A $50 booking deposit fee is required to confirm your party booking.  The balance is due before or at the time of collection of your hire items/package.  Payment can be made via direct debit deposit on receipt of your invoice or cash on delivery. Note your deposit is non-refundable.  We require credit card details and a driver licence number when you receive your package.

What if I have to cancel my party?

Your deposit is non-refundable, however we are happy to assist you in finding an alternative party date based on the availability of your package.
